You, THE CLIENT, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my General Commission Prices.

You may not claim my work as your own. You, THE CLIENT, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL USE ONLY (ie. NOT for sale).

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.“

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason (before I started it).

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the payment transaction.

Will only accept USD via PayPal invoices as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

Other payment methods will be accepted only agreed upon upfront by the parties involved.

It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No execptions unless otherwise discussed.

If payment is not made in a timely maner (48hrs) after I’ve placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.

If you have a deadline for your commission, this deadline must be mentioned prior to payment. (Rush fees are at least + 30% of the commission).

Privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission any where (this might cost an extra fee).

By sending payments to the account of THE SELLER you understand and agree that you are buying an intangible service.

The intangibility of the service implies NOT requiring it to be physically sent through any type of postal courier company and this will be valid for the parties involved and PayPal.

The services offered are not refundable. THE CLIENT accepts that their payment is a declaration of being satisfied with it and understands that the payment is irrevocable/non-refundable.

THE CLIENT accepts that THE SELLER is exempt from claims by this or any other means.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

My adoptables and designs are strictly for personal use only.

My designs and species are prohibited from being used for any kind of cryptocurrency (NFT, Bitcoin, etc).

Please notify me if the Design is to change ownership as I keep track of the owners through my masterlist.

When a design has been purchased from me, they belong to you. You may use them with whatever you wish as long as they do not violate the TOS. (ie. RP, draw, etcetera).

You may make alternate AU's of the design, but I expect them to be treated as a whole package when trading/reselling rather than be traded/resold separately unless they look vastly different from each other (at least enough to stand alone as a design when separated).

I allow editing of the designs as long as permission is asked beforehand and that at least 30% of the design's features are retained. Please clear with me of your plans and feel free to create a mockup on my art (if an official design) before confirming it official.

The original, unedited version of the design must be kept as well as a sign of proof of ownership, and if the future owner would like to revert back to the original if the design were to change ownership.

All payments in USD via Paypal through invoice only. Do not send directly to my paypal unless I said so otherwise, or I will refund it.

If a chargeback or refund request is received due to the buyer's irresponsibility, ownership of the design will be revoked and will be put back up for sale, while the buyer will be put in a blacklist.

Payment must be received within 24 HRS after the invoice is sent, otherwise the design will be put back for sale.

Payment plans over $150 can be negotiated with me with at least a down-payment of $90 USD and must be completed within a month. Time-frame can be negotiated for bids of over $500 with a maximum of 3 months plan.

The current Owner is allowed to resell the adopt with the original auction price they were bought as, or, if received via resell, the amount they bought the design at.

Reselling is only permitted if the adopt was obtained by the current Owner via monetary sale.

You may not sell the design for more than what you paid. Value of commissioned artwork may be added to resell price as long as the commission artist permits it, but please be transparent of the original base value of the design when reselling.

If adding value of personal work when reselling, you may tally the additional prices after your commission prices but please clear with me beforehand as confirmation and approval before reselling. Don't purposely raise your prices before coming to me when adding value of personal work to the adopt design.

Please allow an option of resale without the additional arts when putting them up for resale.

If the design is obtained via trade or gift, it cannot be resold.

If the design is obtained through OTA, resale only is allowed for the monetary value it was paid for.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

For an adoptable / custom designed by me the commercial usage may be inquired / purchased also with a fee of 100%+ or more depending. Please discuss with me your plans of usage.

Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately.

Use the drawing for advertising on banners, website, a personal site, business cards, etc.

Cover of a book, disk, etc.

Prints, stickers, clothes, etc.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image, but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.
